This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be
issued for our services.
Internet Service Refunds
- Payments made for internet services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If service activation is not completed due to our inability to provide service, eligible payments may be refunded.
Installation Charges
Installation charges, equipment charges, and setup fees are
non-refundable once the installation work has been completed.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate or excess payment made by a customer will be refunded
after verification of the transaction details.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through
the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the
circumstances and payment channel used.
